Specializing in Fitness Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Body Composition Analysis, Nutritional Program Design, Exercise Therapy, and a certified Fitness Trainer, Jay has helped hundred's of clients meet and exceed their personalized well-being goals. A proud husband to Stacey and father to Kennedy, Jay is devoted to ensuring his family's health and nutrition is as important as his clients. Stacey Coleman is the CFO and the very first client of Nutrition With Attitude, after having health issues, she knew a change needed to happen. After 7 and a half months of pure dedication and the assistance and drive of her husband, Jay Coleman, she lost 64 pounds. This nutritional transformation changed her life and provided the strong foundation of a brand new lifestyle. Over 2 years later, she became pregnant with her first child, a healthy baby girl Kennedy Harper. Her husband developed a prenatal plan that she followed to a “T”. After Kennedy was born, Stacey went on to continue this healthy lifestyle with a second transformation of 25 pounds.
